Multi property hotel software for owners of several properties
Run two, five or ten properties from one login, with each property kept separate and the whole group visible in one report.
Start with one property in the demo
Each property in a group runs on the same PMS you can try in the live demo: tape chart, channel sync, housekeeping board and invoice preview on the 8-room demo inn. The Group plan puts several of those properties under one login and adds the reporting, security and billing a group needs.
- The same daily screens at every property
- One login to switch between properties
- Group reporting across all of them
Multi property PMS with one login
Owners of several inns or small hotels often end up with one system per property, bought at different times, with different logins and different reports. Consolidating them means exporting spreadsheets and adding them up by hand. The Group plan in Innkeeper puts any number of properties under one login. Each property keeps its own rooms, rates, channels and staff. Managers see the properties they are responsible for, and the owner sees all of them.
- Any number of properties under one login
- Consolidated reporting across properties
- Consolidated invoicing for the group
- Named account manager
Hotel group software with consolidated reporting
Every property runs its own night audit and daily report with occupancy, ADR and RevPAR. The Group plan brings those reports together, so the owner compares properties on the same figures and sees the group total without building it in a spreadsheet. Rate plans and seasons are set per property in the hotel revenue management software, and each front desk runs its own day in the hotel front desk software.
One invoice for the group
Instead of a subscription per property on separate cards, the Group plan has consolidated invoicing: one invoice for the group, with each property listed. Invoices to guests stay per property, with the correct tax lines, through the hotel invoicing software.
Single sign-on and a security review
Groups usually have an IT contact or an outside provider who manages staff accounts. The Group plan supports single sign-on through SAML, Google Workspace and Microsoft, so staff sign in with the accounts they already have and lose access when they leave. The Group plan also includes an uptime SLA, a security review for your team, a data processing agreement and custom data retention. The measures that apply to every property are described on the hotel PMS security page.
- Single sign-on: SAML, Google Workspace, Microsoft
- Uptime SLA
- Security review, DPA and custom data retention
How the Group plan is priced
Group pricing depends on the number of properties and their room counts. Write to [email protected] with the list of your properties and the number of rooms at each, and we reply with a quote for the group. If you run a single property, the published plans on the hotel PMS pricing page apply and no conversation is needed.
