Hotel front desk software for arrivals, departures and the night audit
Today's arrivals, departures and in-house guests on one screen. Check a guest in, take the balance, hand over the key and move on. At the end of the day the night audit closes the books.

- Balance due, with deposits already deducted

Night audit and daily reports
On the Hotel plan and above the night audit posts the night's room charges, lists guests who did not arrive, and produces the daily report with occupancy, ADR and RevPAR. The report stays in Innkeeper for any day you want to look back on.
The right screen for each person
Front desk staff get their own login and role. On Hotel you have 10 staff users with roles, and on Boutique unlimited staff users with custom roles and an audit log of every change.
