An inn is rarely only a place to sleep. There is a bar, a dining room, locals who drop in and guests who come back every year for the same event. The accommodation side still has to be exact: the right room, the right dates, the right bill. Innkeeper handles the rooms side completely. Can I take phone bookings and still avoid double bookings?
Yes. A booking you enter by hand closes the same nights on every connected channel, exactly like a booking that arrives from an OTA.
How long does it take to move from a paper diary?
You enter your rooms and room types, connect your channels and add upcoming bookings. Bookings you keep in a spreadsheet can be imported from a CSV file.
