Find a room
Pick dates and guests and Innkeeper lists the rooms free for the whole stay, by room type and rate.

Book
Add the guest, choose a rate plan and save. The reservation appears on the tape chart and closes the nights on your channels.

Confirm
The guest gets a confirmation email with the stay details. On the Hotel plan and above this email is sent automatically.

Adjust
Change dates, room or rate at any time. The folio and channel availability follow the change.
A hotel reservation system you read at a glance
Each row is a room and each column is a night. Bookings from your website show in the brand color, bookings from OTAs carry a small channel label, and blocks for maintenance are marked apart. The chart opens on today, scrolls forward and back, and filters by room type.

Guest profiles and booking history
Every reservation belongs to a guest profile. Returning guests are recognised by email, so their preferences, past stays and invoices are one click away. Profiles belong to your property and export as CSV at any time.
Group bookings and allotments
On the Boutique plan you can book several rooms under one group reservation, hold an allotment for a wedding or a tour until a release date, and split or combine folios for the group.
Reservation questions
Can two reservations share a room on the same night?
No. The calendar refuses the second reservation and shows which booking holds the room, so you can move one of them.
Can I import my current reservations?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet or the CSV export of your current PMS and your future stays are placed on the tape chart.
Can I book a room for part of a stay and move the guest mid-stay?
Yes. Split the reservation at any night and drag the second part to another room. The guest keeps one folio.
