Online payments and deposits at booking
On the Hotel plan and above guests pay when they book. Choose the rule per rate plan: the first night, a percentage of the stay or the full amount. Payments are recorded on the folio, so the balance at check-in is already right.

Every guest who books through an OTA costs a commission, often a double-digit share of the room price. A guest who already knows your property often prefers to book direct, as long as it is just as easy. Does Innkeeper charge commission on direct bookings?
No. There is no commission and no fee per booking. Your card processor charges its standard fee on online payments.
