Bed and breakfast booking software on your own website
Guests who find a B&B through an OTA often look it up afterwards and would happily book direct. Without a way to do that, they go back and book through the OTA, and the property pays the commission. The hotel booking engine in Innkeeper puts a booking form on your own website with live availability from the same calendar. Innkeeper takes no commission on those bookings, on any plan. A direct booking arrives on the tape chart exactly like an OTA booking, and the channels close automatically.
Channel manager for a bed and breakfast, without a second tool
Many small properties pay for a PMS and a separate channel manager. In Innkeeper channel sync is part of the plan. The Inn plan connects up to four channels, which covers Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and Google for most B&Bs. Do I pay commission on bookings from my own website?
No. Innkeeper charges a flat monthly price per property and takes no commission on direct bookings on any plan.
Can two of us use it, for example owner and partner?
Yes. The Inn plan includes two staff logins. The Hotel plan includes up to ten staff logins with roles.
Is there a contract?
No annual contract is required. You can pay monthly, or pay yearly and get twelve months for the price of ten.
