The board shows every room with its status, the guest leaving, the guest arriving and any note from the front desk. It works on any computer, tablet or phone, so the desk and the floor always look at the same picture.

Housekeeping assignments with a mobile checklist
On the Hotel plan and above each housekeeper sees only their own rooms, in order, with a checklist for stay-over and departure rooms. Items missed on the checklist stay open, so nothing is forgotten between shifts. Use our hotel housekeeping checklist as a starting point.
Maintenance tickets linked to rooms
On the Boutique plan a housekeeper who finds a dripping tap opens a ticket on the room. The ticket follows the room until it is fixed, and a room can be taken out of order until then.

Do housekeepers need an app?
No. The board opens in the phone browser with a personal login.
Can I assign rooms to each housekeeper?
Yes, on the Hotel plan and above, with a mobile checklist for each room.
Is the housekeeping board included on the Inn plan?
Yes. Inn includes the board with Clean, Dirty and Inspected status. Assignments and checklists come with Hotel.
