Little Hotelier pricing and cost: what a B&B or small hotel actually pays
Little Hotelier pricing starts at about $29 to $39 a month on the Basics plan, plus a 1% fee on every booking, according to Capterra, Roommaster and other directories. The Pro plan drops the booking fee and is reported from about $109 a month. Revenue Optimiser is quoted. Your exact price depends on room count and region, and the booking fee means your real cost grows with your revenue.
How much does Little Hotelier cost?
For a typical 5 to 15 room B&B or inn in the US, Little Hotelier costs roughly $1,000 to $2,500 a year once the Basics booking fee is counted, or about $1,300 a year and up on Pro. Little Hotelier shows its price through a calculator on its pricing page that asks for your number of bookable rooms, so there is no single list price.
The subscription is only half of the answer. On Basics, the 1% fee applies to reservations from every source, including Booking.com and Expedia, so a busy season raises your software bill. All three plans are month to month with no lock-in contract, and Little Hotelier offers a free trial before you pay. Support also differs: Roommaster reports chat support on Basics and phone, chat and email on Pro.
How the 1% booking fee works out in dollars
The booking fee is the line that changes the comparison. It is charged on reservations, not rooms, so it scales with your average rate and occupancy. Here is what 1% means at different levels of yearly room revenue.

The subscription figures assume $29 to $39 a month. At $150,000 in room revenue, a common number for a well-run 8 to 10 room B&B, the fee is already three to four times the subscription. That is the point where Pro, at a flat monthly price, starts to make more sense, and also the point where owners start looking at other vendors.
Other costs to check before you sign
Payment processing
Card payments on the Pro plan run through Little Hotelier's integrated payments, and card fees are billed per transaction on top of the plan. Every PMS that takes cards has this cost, so ask for the rate and compare it, not just whether it exists. Payouts also need to be matched to your books; when the accountant wants a spreadsheet of deposits, you can turn the PDF bank statement into Excel instead of copying lines by hand.
Upgrades as you grow
Payments, metasearch and rate intelligence sit on Pro, and dynamic pricing sits on Revenue Optimiser. If you need online deposits at booking, budget for Pro from day one rather than comparing the Basics price.
Onboarding
Basics is self-serve. Roommaster reports a dedicated onboarding specialist on Pro and above, so ask whether data migration from your current system is included.

For a small B&B or inn, a flat plan costs a fraction of Basics once the booking fee is counted, and less than half of Pro. At 20 to 30 rooms the gap narrows, and features, support and the tools your team already knows matter more than price.

When a flat-price PMS is the better deal
Little Hotelier is a good fit for a very small property with modest revenue, because at $30,000 a year the booking fee is only $300. It is also a natural choice if you already use SiteMinder, or if your team relies on its mobile app every day.
For a B&B, inn or independent hotel doing real volume, a fee that grows with every booking is hard to justify.
