WebRezPro pricing and cost, what a small hotel or inn pays per year

WebRezPro pricing is published, which is rare for a hotel PMS: $10 per unit per month with a $100 monthly minimum and no system setup fee. A 10-room inn pays $100 a month, or $1,200 a year, and a 30-room hotel about $3,600 a year. A separate channel manager, card processing and any paid onboarding come on top.

How much does WebRezPro cost?

WebRezPro costs $10 per unit per month, with a minimum of $100 a month, according to its own pricing page. That one price covers the PMS, the commission-free booking engine, unlimited user profiles and email and phone support, with no system setup fee. Pricing rises with property size and reaches about $1,000 a month around 100 units, and hostels, campgrounds and marinas get discounts.

What the headline price does not include is the part many small properties need most: the connection to Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb. WebRezPro reaches OTAs through third-party channel managers such as SiteMinder, which bill their own subscription. If you want to compare against a PMS with the channel manager inside the price, open our live demo and put both numbers side by side.

What the WebRezPro price includes

WebRezPro sells one plan rather than named tiers. Based on its pricing page, Capterra and HotelMinder, here is what sits inside the per-unit price and what sits outside it.

Item Included in $10 per unit? Notes
Cloud PMS Yes Reservations, front desk, housekeeping, reports
Booking engine Yes Commission-free direct bookings
Users Yes Unlimited user profiles, no per-seat fee
Email and phone support Yes Described as complimentary
System setup Yes No system setup fee advertised
Payment gateway integration Yes The integration is free, card processing is not
Channel manager No Through partners such as SiteMinder, separate subscription
Card processing No Per transaction, under a separate merchant agreement
Revenue management No Usually a third-party tool, such as IDeaS or Duetto
Custom work and extra training No Billed separately when requested

Ask your WebRezPro rep to write the channel manager and processing costs next to the PMS price, because together they are your real monthly bill.

WebRezPro prices by property size

The per-unit list price makes the base cost easy to work out. Directory estimates add a range for the extras.

Cost item Figure Source
List price $10 per unit a month webrezpro.com pricing page
Monthly minimum $100, which covers 1 to 10 units webrezpro.com pricing page
Around 100 to 149 units about $1,000 a month webrezpro.com, FluxPMS summary
Setup fee None advertised for the system webrezpro.com
Implementation work estimated $1,000 to $5,000 once RoomMaster pricing blog
Contract Renews yearly, 30 days written notice to cancel without penalty Capterra
Free trial Not offered Capterra

The implementation estimate comes from a competitor's blog and conflicts with WebRezPro's "no setup fee" message, so treat it as a question to ask, not a fact. Get the answer in writing.

Yearly cost example for five property sizes

Here is the yearly base price at WebRezPro's list rate next to Innkeeper's public prices. The WebRezPro column excludes a channel manager, which you would add if you sell on OTAs. Card processing is left out of both, since every PMS that takes cards charges it.

Property WebRezPro base, per year Innkeeper, per year paid monthly Innkeeper, per year paid yearly
8-room B&B $1,200 (the $100 minimum) $588 on Inn $490 on Inn
14-room inn $1,680 $1,788 on Hotel $1,490 on Hotel
30-room hotel $3,600 $1,788 on Hotel $1,490 on Hotel
45-room hotel $5,400 $5,988 on Boutique $4,990 on Boutique
80-room hotel $9,600 $5,988 on Boutique $4,990 on Boutique

The honest read: an 8-room B&B pays about $600 to $700 a year more on WebRezPro, and a 30-room hotel about $1,800 to $2,100 more. At 14 rooms and at 45 rooms the WebRezPro base price is close to or below Innkeeper's monthly plan. Add a separate channel manager to the WebRezPro side and the gap tilts back toward a system that includes one.

Other costs to check before you sign

The channel manager subscription

If you list rooms on Booking.com, Expedia or Airbnb, you need a channel manager to keep availability in sync. With WebRezPro that is typically SiteMinder or another partner, billed by that company. Ask for its price at your room count and your number of channels, and add it to the PMS line.

Card processing and payouts

The gateway integration is free, but every card charge carries a processing fee under your merchant agreement. OTA payouts and card settlements also land in your bank as lump sums, so plan how they reach your books. Owners who already export to QuickBooks or Xero can turn that data into a clean monthly profit and loss statement and see what the PMS, the channel manager and processing really cost as a share of room revenue.

Contract renewal and notice

Capterra reports that WebRezPro contracts renew yearly and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice without penalty. Put the renewal date in your calendar, and ask how you export reservations, guests and folios if you leave.

Growth and unit counts

Because WebRezPro bills per unit, adding rooms, cabins or campsites raises the bill line by line. Ask whether seasonal units count all year, and ask for the price at the unit count you expect in two years.

How to get a comparable WebRezPro quote

Book the demo, then ask for a written quote that answers each point below, so you can compare it line by line with other vendors.

  • Monthly price at your exact unit count, with any discount shown
  • Which channel manager they recommend and its monthly price
  • Whether data migration, training or custom setup is billed once
  • Card processing rate and whether you can keep your own processor
  • Renewal date, notice period and export format if you leave
  • Whether there is a mobile app or only the browser version

When a PMS with the channel manager included is the better deal

WebRezPro is a good fit for campgrounds, marinas and hostels, for properties above 80 units, and for teams that need unlimited users at a low base price. For those properties the per-unit price is fair and transparent.

For an owner-run hotel, inn or B&B under 80 rooms that sells on OTAs, the bill that matters is the PMS plus the channel manager. Innkeeper lists every plan on its hotel PMS pricing page: Inn at $49 a month for up to 10 rooms, Hotel at $149 for up to 30 rooms and Boutique at $499 for up to 80 rooms, with the channel manager software, booking engine, invoices and housekeeping board included and no setup fee, no booking commission and no contract. Our WebRezPro alternative page compares the two feature by feature and shows how to move your reservations in four steps.
