eviivo pricing and what a B&B or small hotel pays each month

eviivo pricing starts at about $40 to $57 a month on Capterra and Software Advice and at about $50 for a single property on FitGap, and eviivo quotes every US property by rooms, properties and feature sets. On top of the base, directories report a flat $0.50 on every confirmed booking, about $1 per room a month for Payment Manager and about $3 per room a month for Guest Manager. RoomMaster puts a 25-room property at $130 to $280 a month before card fees.

How much does eviivo cost?

eviivo costs about $50 a month for a small single property and about $125 a month for a multi-property account, according to FitGap, plus $0.50 per confirmed booking. RoomMaster estimates $130 to $200 a month for a 25-room property on the core suite and $300 to $400 a month at 60 rooms, rising with payments and messaging.

Calendar, booking engine, channel management, guest messaging basics and billing are part of the core suite, according to RoomMaster. Taxes are excluded from the listed prices.

The eviivo column uses RoomMaster's reported ranges for the core suite plus the $0.50 booking fee at an assumed booking count, so you can see how the variable part behaves. Card processing is left out of both columns. Swap in your own booking count from last year.

The honest read: for a small B&B that takes few bookings and needs no add-ons, eviivo's base is close to our $49 Inn plan, and a 60-room hotel on eviivo's core suite can come in below our monthly Boutique price. The gap opens with booking volume and add-ons. At 25 rooms and 120 bookings a month, a year on eviivo runs about $2,280 to $3,120 before card fees, against $1,788 on our monthly Hotel plan and $888 paid yearly.

Other costs to check before you sign

The fee per booking in a strong season

The $0.50 fee is charged on each confirmed booking, so a busy summer raises the bill even when your room count stays the same. Ask whether cancelled and modified bookings count, and whether OTA and direct bookings are treated the same.

Payments and card processing

Payment Manager is reported at about $1 per room a month, and card processing is billed on top. Ask for the effective rate on Visa, Mastercard and Amex and whether you can keep your current processor.

Guest messaging

Guest Manager is reported at about $3 per room a month. If you send pre-arrival and check-in messages to every guest, include it in the quote rather than adding it later.

Currency, taxes and support hours

eviivo is based in London. Ask for the quote in US dollars, confirm which taxes apply, and ask which hours its support team covers in your time zone.

Checking what you actually paid

eviivo suits a property with modest, steady booking volume, owners of holiday lets and small properties in the UK and Europe, and anyone who values its support team, which reviewers rate highly.

For a US B&B, inn or independent hotel from 4 to 80 rooms with a busy season, a flat plan is simpler to budget. Innkeeper lists every plan on its hotel PMS pricing page: Inn at $49 a month for up to 10 rooms, Hotel at $149 for up to 30 rooms and Boutique at $499 for up to 80 rooms, with the channel manager software, booking engine, invoices and housekeeping board included, no fee per booking and no contract.
